Sales Assistant (No Experience Required)

Looking to gain practical experience within a fast-paced, face-to-face sales and customer environment

Please Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and available for 5 FULL working days per week . This is a long-term opportunity and is not suitable for current students or international students.

Our London-based client is currently recruiting enthusiastic, driven and reliable Sales Assistants. Due to recent expansion and increased client demand, they are looking to grow their team.

Successful individuals will represent recognised fundraising brands through face-to-face sales, customer service and promotional campaigns across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall event-based environments throughout London.

This is a varied, customer-facing opportunity requiring dedication, reliability, flexibility and a proactive attitude. Applicants should be confident speaking with members of the public and comfortable working within a performance-focused environment.

The Opportunity Involves:

• Customer Acquisition: Focusing on sales acquisition and generating a new customer base for clients within event-based settings.
• Customer Excellence: Delivering high-quality customer interactions while working towards individual and collective targets.
• Client Training: Full product training, invitations to ongoing upskilling sessions and opportunities to learn from experienced team members.
• Culture & Rewards: Working alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive environment, with performance-based incentives that may be available.
• Availability: A schedule requiring 5 full working days of availability per week.

This subcontracted opportunity is suitable for individuals seeking an entry-level role or looking to change industries. No previous experience is required, as client training and invitations to regular upskilling sessions are available from the start.

Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives that may be available.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) or current international students. Due to availability requirements, our client is seeking candidates who can commit to 5 full working days per week (full-time equivalent).
