Based in Nottingham, our client's well-established sales and marketing company is currently recruiting enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Advisors due to continued expansion across their events and brand awareness campaigns.

Your tasks

Successful individuals will represent recognised brands through face-to-face customer engagement across a variety of event-based environments, promotional locations and high-footfall settings throughout Nottingham and surrounding areas.

• Represent recognised brands through face-to-face events and brand awareness campaigns.
• Engage with members of the public across promotional events, pop-ups and other high-footfall environments.
• Build rapport with potential customers while representing client campaigns professionally.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness activities.
• Provide information about the brands, products, services or campaigns being represented.
• Attend client training and daily upskilling sessions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members in a lively, customer-facing environment.

No previous experience is necessary in this full-time equivalent, subcontracted opportunity, as access to client and product training will be provided. However, previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, marketing or other customer-facing environments may give you a head start.
