Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

Your tasks

• Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Service: service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs
• Set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service)
• Prepare functional designs, test scripts, and training material
• Lead SIT and UAT for your area and support go-live and hypercare

Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) on 2+ full implementations
• Hands-on set-up of service requests, work orders, queues, and SLAs
• Functional design and workshop experience with business users
• Able to travel to Dubai regularly
• Excellent written and spoken English
