Consulting and Support in the area of Product Configurator (m/f/d) (IT System Administrator)

Your area of responsibility:

• Installation, development, adaptation, and maintenance of Infor CPQ solutions for our customers
• Collaboration with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized CPQ solutions
• Creation of configuration rules, price calculations, and quotation documents in Infor CPQ
• Integration of the Infor CPQ solution with other corporate systems, such as CRM or ERP
• Troubleshooting as well as performance improvements of customer rule sets
• Provision of technical support and training for customers and colleagues

What you should bring with you:

• Successfully completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) for Systemintegration / Anwendungsentwicklung or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge and experience in the administration of Microsoft infrastructures (Windows Server, MSSQL Server)
• A high affinity for IT
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
• Reliability, structured way of thinking, communication skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge in programming as well as an understanding of APIs and Web-Services are helpful
