CPQ stands for "Configure, Price, Quote" and is a software solution that helps companies simplify complex product configurations, perform accurate price calculations, and create fast and precise quotes.

CPQ systems automate the sales process and provide sales employees, customers, and partners with a user-friendly platform for configuring and assembling products.

Your area of responsibility:

• Installation, development, customization, and maintenance of Infor CPQ solutions for our customers
• Collaboration with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored CPQ solutions
• Creation of configuration rules, price calculations, and quote documents in Infor CPQ
• Integration of the Infor CPQ solution with other enterprise systems, such as CRM or ERP
• Troubleshooting as well as performance improvements of customer rule sets
• Providing technical support and training for customers and colleagues

What you should bring with you:

• Successfully completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) for Systemintegration / Anwendungsentwicklung or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge and experience in the administration of Microsoft infrastructures (Windows Server, MSSQL Server)
• A high affinity for IT
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
• Reliability, structured way of thinking, communication skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge in programming as well as an understanding of APIs and Web-Services are helpful
