The client provides logistic support and equipment rental for events, exhibitions, weddings, and private parties, ensuring smooth setup and operations for diverse occasions.

Your tasks

This role combines commercial driving and logistics with hands-on operational support for events, exhibitions, weddings, and corporate setups, involving transport, setup, on-site assistance, and teardown.

• Drive commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to transport event equipment and materials to various locations
• Assist with the physical assembly, arrangement, and installation of event setups including staging, audio/visual gear, lighting, furniture, and decor
• Provide on-site technical and operational support during events to ensure smooth execution
• Safely dismantle and break down event setups after completion, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and secured
• Adapt to flexible working hours including weekends, public holidays, overtime, and night shifts as required by event schedules

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore
