PHP Support and Development

The position combines user attention and support with the analysis of incidents in web and mobile applications. We are looking for a person with a service attitude, problem-solving capacity, and basic knowledge of PHP development and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote user support.
• Attend to requests and incidents through a help desk or ticketing system.
• Identify the causes of problems and propose solutions.
• Register, classify, and document incidents and requirements.
• Follow up on reports until their solution and closure.
• Advise users on the operation of services and applications.
• Review and support basic adjustments in PHP developments.
• Perform queries and validations in MySQL databases.
• Monitor applications and collaborate on improvements to existing developments.
• Comply with established response times and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing end-user support.
• Experience in help desk, service desk, or application support.
• Programming knowledge in PHP.
• MySQL management: queries, joins, and basic optimization.
• Knowledge of interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Intermediate handling of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• English for reading technical documentation and basic communication.
• Desirable experience with the CodeIgniter framework.
