*Duties*

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
• Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments
• Monitor the front desk area using multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt response to guest inquiries
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to ensure safety
• Prepare shift reports detailing financial activities, guest interactions, and any incidents or irregularities
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest information, and security logs in compliance with hotel policies

*Experience*

• Previous night audit experience is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with friendliness, patience, and professionalism
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including security protocols and guest privacy practices
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: From $26.93 per hour
