Operations Executive (Market Research)

Job Summary

Coordinate and manage market research projects to ensure timely, high-quality survey execution and data delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to optimize fieldwork operations and improve research processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of market research projects, including survey planning, fieldwork coordination, and project monitoring to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with internal research teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects according to requirements and timelines
• Manage survey fieldwork activities across multiple projects, ensuring targets, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met
• Supervise and deploy interviewers to maintain adequate fieldwork coverage, productivity, and compliance with survey protocols
• Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and operating costs to optimize resource utilization and stay within budget
• Ensure timely availability and accurate tracking of fieldwork data, progress reports, and operational updates to support decision-making
• Conduct data quality checks and investigate discrepancies or irregularities during fieldwork, coordinating with teams for prompt resolution
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, project status updates, and performance metrics for management review
• Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-up actions to resolve operational or fieldwork-related issues
• Provide administrative and operational support for market research projects and business development activities
• Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes, fieldwork efficiency, and data quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Market Research, or related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in market research, survey operations, fieldwork coordination, or project management is advantageous
