Finishing Supervisor

• Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards ,and take corrective action as needed.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Improvement in the finishing process, and work with management to implement changes that will improve efficiency and quality.
• Manages departmental performance, progress reports to management.
• Keep good communication link with production and need to address in urgent batches.
• Participate for the daily planning meeting with correct update.
• Other related tasks as assignment.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree. Experience in lace operations or textile operations is an advantage. Strong communication and administration skills with excellent attention to detail are essential Good prioritization and organization skills. Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication English and Thai Computer knowledge (MS-Excell, Word, PowerPoint)
