As part of our growth, we are looking for an ERP Support Specialist to strengthen our Customer Support Department. The role focuses on the daily support of ODYSSEUS ERP system users, understanding their needs, and guiding them on the correct utilization of the applications. Main Responsibilities
- Daily telephone and electronic support for ODYSSEUS ERP users
- Recording, evaluating, and managing customer requests
- Guiding users on the correct operation and utilization of the system
- Investigating functional issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Understanding customers' business needs and communicating them to the relevant teams
- Parameterization of basic ERP functions according to the needs of each business
- Training new and existing users
- Collaboration with development and implementation teams for effective customer service
- Monitoring requests until their final resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field
- Familiarity with the use of ERP or other commercial and business applications
- Understanding of basic business processes, such as sales, purchases, warehouse, invoicing, and customer management
- Very good communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to understand and solve problems
- Organizational skills, consistency, and a willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
