Application Support Engineer

As part of its growth, BIZTEC is looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen the Customer Support Department.

The role involves the support and optimization of the company's enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, PMS, mobile applications, and other information systems), in collaboration with clients and the development team.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for the company's enterprise systems and applications
• Investigating and resolving technical issues arising from the use of applications
• Analyzing business requirements and adapting systems through configurations
• Collaborating with the Research and Development Department to implement improvements or new features
• Performing testing and documenting functions and changes to the systems
• Developing and using SQL queries for data analysis and problem-solving
• Participating in the management of integrations between different information systems
• Training users and providing support during the use of applications

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications or information systems
• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Good understanding of business processes and information systems
• Very good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical users
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript or other scripting languages)
• Experience in enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, PMS, or similar systems)
• Experience in integrations between information systems or APIs
