1. Oversee IT business solution projects, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.

1. Manage project delivery, monitor project timeline, budget and progress, resolve project‑related issues and risks.

1. Coordinate with IT development and technical teams, review solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

1. Conduct client meetings, provide technical consultation, handle enquiries and manage client relationships.

1. Prepare project reports, track performance metrics and support business development activities.

1. Review system and solution documentation, ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant working experience in IT business solutions, project management or IT consulting.

1. Good understanding of IT system implementation and business requirement analysis.

1. Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines.

1. Good command of written and spoken English, proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

1. Problem‑solving mindset, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.
