Telemarketer

About the Role Our client is looking for a confident communicator who loves connecting with people over the phone. The company is looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join a growing insurance team. One of the key role is in generating leads, setting appointments, and introducing the Company's insurance products to potential customers. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases Qualify leads and set appointments for sales consultants/agents Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines when discussing insurance products What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office) Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call centre experience is a plus (not required) Minimum Education: Diploma Fluent in English What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + attractive incentives
