Main functions

• Execute and follow up on import processes.
• Coordinate payments to suppliers with the Administration and Finance area.
• Manage and verify shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics chain actors for the timely arrival of merchandise.
• Follow up on purchase orders and import costs.
• Keep supplier information and databases up to date.
• Perform other functions associated with the position requested by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in imports or supply chain, ideally in industrial companies.
• Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation.
• Management of purchase orders and import costs.
• Management of supplier databases.
