THESE ARE THE TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU

As a Clerk Auditing (m/f/d) at our production site in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, you will take responsibility for the following tasks:

• Stamping incoming invoices and marking credit notes
• Rejecting incorrectly prepared invoices
• Assigning delivery notes to invoices
• Checking invoices and credit notes for accuracy
• Coordinating discrepancies with the department head and subsequently processing them further or returning them to internal interfaces
• Scanning, archiving, and filing delivery notes, invoices, and order confirmations
• Taking over mail distribution as well as assigning import customs clearance documents

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as Bürokaufmann (m/f/d), Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in auditing in a manufacturing company
• Structured and analytical way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge

The position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis.
