THESE ARE THE TASKS EXPECTED OF YOU

As a Clerk (m/f/d) at our production and development site in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, you will support the Strategic Buyers (m/f/d) in their procurement tasks. This includes:

• Supporting the sampling process by procuring the required materials in the area of prototype and pre-series components
• Monitoring orders as well as initiating initial corrective measures in the event of delivery and quality problems, as well as performing invoice verification
• Maintaining article and supplier data in SAP (material master, info record, and supplier price lists)
• Collaboration in procurement market analyses / market research
• Preparation and execution of supplier inquiries on a national and international level
• Creation of quotation comparisons and preparation of decision templates
• Preparation of price and condition negotiations as well as follow-up
• Support in the analysis of optimization potential in the procurement of materials
• Close coordination with the Strategic Buyers

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Completed commercial/technical vocational training
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial company
• Knowledge and understanding regarding the general procurement processes of an industrial company
• Routine handling of SAP (MM module) as well as good MS-Office user skills
• High flexibility, good communication skills with a team spirit, as well as an independent way of working
• Good English skills
