OPERATIVE PURCHASER (M/F/D) (Purchasing Clerk)

THESE ARE THE TASKS EXPECTED OF YOU

As an operative purchaser (m/f/d) at our production site in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, you are responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted material supply. This includes:

• Quantity and deadline-compliant disposition of parts and materials
• Triggering delivery calls
• Correcting part requirements and excess stock or missing parts, as well as monitoring delivery calls
• Establishing delivery schedules and coordinating these with suppliers
• Clarifying supply bottlenecks and suggesting measures for production security if necessary
• Processing complaints
• Checking supplier invoices
• Evaluating inventory results, searching for errors, and cleaning up disposition documents

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in operative purchasing within an internationally active, manufacturing industrial company
• Structured and analytical way of working, strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills
• Good English skills
• Proficient use of MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge

There are two positions to be filled. These are initially temporary.
