Working completely remotely, you will support the Southern/Eastern Germany region and offer our customers extensive service in the area of Aftersales. YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Inspection of racking systems at our customers' sites in Germany and potentially abroad
• Communication with customers, inspectors, and ADM, as well as technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries
• Up-/Cross Selling of BITO products during customer appointments
• Carrying out maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO including light service assignments
• Complaint processing and problem-solving

THESE ARE THE SKILLS YOU BRING

• Completed training as an Elektroniker (m/f/d) or Mechatroniker (m/f/d) with further training as an Elektrofachkraft, alternatively training as an Industriemechaniker (m/f/d) - We offer you the further training to become an Elektrofachkraft
• Experience in performing maintenance and service work is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel
• Independence, organizational talent, and a high degree of personal responsibility
