YOUR ESSENTIAL TASKS AS A PROJECT MANAGER

• You will take over the management of complex, national, and international projects in the field of Intralogistics
• Overall project responsibility for timely execution and budget compliance, and thus the steering of project activities and monitoring of project progress
• In the event of deviations, you will initiate countermeasures in a timely manner and develop appropriate action strategies while considering all possible risks
• Application of project management instruments and methods, including contract and claim management
• Ensuring the project-related flow of information
• Point of contact for external customers, BITO foreign locations, and suppliers
• Representation of the project and the company internally and externally
• Site coordination of intralogistics projects in cooperation with the site managers
• Internal coordination of the various departments and leading a project team

THESE SKILLS AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Building on a commercial or technical training, you have completed further training as a Techniker or Fachwirt, or you have a completed degree in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, or a comparable course of study
• Ideally, you possess leadership experience
• Extensive project management experience from Anlagenbau, with good knowledge of contract law, as well as commercial knowledge that you can demonstrate
• You bring a very high level of communication, conflict, and cooperation skills, as well as flexibility and resilience
• You bring a high level of personal commitment, are responsible, and are an organizational talent
• You possess assertiveness and work in a structured, independent, and goal- and solution-oriented manner; you have a pronounced ability for prioritization and decision-making
• You have already gained experience with projects domestic and abroad; you also possess the business-fluent English skills necessary for this
• A project-related willingness to travel domestically and abroad
