Your key area of responsibility

• Management of national projects with a focus on medium and large Solutions projects
• Overall project responsibility for timely execution and budget compliance, steering of project activities, and monitoring of project progress (initiation of countermeasures in case of deviation as well as development of action strategies)
• Internal coordination of various departments and active co-design of the project team
• Contact person for external and internal customers, assembly companies, and suppliers; representation of the project and the company internally and especially towards the customer
• Construction site coordination in cooperation with site managers and assembly companies
• Reporting at defined times, preparing decision bases for the client, project documentation

These skills you bring with you

• Completed technical or business administration studies or a comparable training
• At least three years of leadership experience of project teams, certified project management experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of contract law, commercial knowledge especially calculations, technical understanding as well as very good knowledge of current standard software
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Leadership competence, teamwork skills, communication skills, resilience, as well as a structured, result-oriented way of working, combined with the ability for problem-solving
• Willingness for extensive travel (at least 50% of working time)
