YOUR ESSENTIAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY AS A PROJECT MANAGER

• Management of national projects with a focus on medium and large Solutions projects
• Overall project responsibility for timely execution and budget compliance, steering of project activities, and monitoring of project progress (initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations as well as development of action strategies)
• Internal coordination of various departments and active co-design of the project team
• Contact person for external and internal customers, installation companies, and suppliers; representation of the project and the company internally and especially towards the customer
• Site coordination in cooperation with site managers and installation companies
• Reporting at defined times, preparing decision-making bases for the client, project documentation

THESE ARE THE SKILLS YOU BRING AS A PROJECT MANAGER

• Building on a commercial or technical education, you have completed further training as a Techniker or Fachwirt or have a completed degree in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, or a comparable course of study
• Ideally, you already possess leadership experience of project teams in plant engineering; certified project management experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of contract law, commercial knowledge especially calculations, technical understanding, as well as very good knowledge of current standard software
• Good English skills in speaking and writing (Level B2)
• Leadership competence, teamwork skills, communication skills, resilience, as well as a structured, result-oriented way of working, combined with the ability to solve problems
• A willingness to travel of 50% is required
