Process Analyst (IT)

We are Bitel, a transnational telecommunications and information technology (TIC) company that provides telephony services, Internet, mobile equipment sales, and development of new technologies. We are looking for talent to occupy the position of PROCESS ANALYST in our SAN ISIDRO office:

WHAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO OUR VACANCY?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position.
• Intermediate-Advanced level English.
• Knowledge in Process Analysis, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma.
• Experience in ISO Systems.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Perform independent process analysis and evaluations, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and document existing processes exhaustively.
• Propose and drive process optimization initiatives to save costs and time.
• Contribute to data analysis efforts to optimize processes.
