We are Bitel, a transnational telecommunications and information technology (TIC) company that provides telephony services, Internet, mobile equipment sales, and the development of new technologies. We are looking for talent to occupy the position of Technical Intern in our SAN ISIDRO office:
Requisitos:
- Graduates of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in academic projects or previous internships related to systems.
- Intermediate English (will be evaluated)
- Intermediate Excel
- Basic handling of ticketing or support tools (Jira, Zendesk, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, APIs, or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and handling of monitoring platforms (desirable).
- Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
Funciones:
- Support in configuration, testing, and monitoring of platforms (TuSami, TV360)
- Documentation of technical processes, system flows, and integration requirements
- Identification, escalation, and follow-up of technical incidents
- Execution of UAT and functional validations of new versions
- Preparation of technical performance and incident reports
- Coordination between technical and commercial areas for the implementation of digital services.
