Requirements:
- Graduates (cycles 2026-1 or 2025-2) of Law.
- Experience in the area of regulatory law and telecommunications law.
- Intermediate/advanced English level (will be evaluated during the process).
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to practice on-site at our headquarters in San Isidro.
Main functions:
- Review and handling of requirements made by INDECOPI and MINJUS
- Preparation of impugnatory resources within the framework of administrative sanctioning procedures of MINJUS
- Handling of supervisions carried out by MINJUS
- Review of advertising material
- Handling of inquiries from commercial departments
- Support to the department as requested by the Direct Supervisor
