Professional Intern for Personnel Administration - Human Resources team

We are Bitel, a transnational telecommunications and information technology (TIC) company that provides telephony services, Internet, mobile equipment sales, and development of new technologies.

We are looking for talent to occupy the position of PROFESSIONAL INTERN FOR PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION in our SAN ISIDRO office:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1 year of previous experience doing internships in personnel administration or human management functions.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables) and knowledge of labor regulations or labor legislation.
• Advanced English (indispensable).

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Daily attendance control of workers.
• Preparation of attendance reports and management of sanctions for absences or tardiness.
• Registration of personnel enrollments in the T-Registro.
• Management of telephone line openings.
• Support in the documentary control of new hires.
• Support in the creation of accounts and access for new collaborators.

CONDITIONS:

• On-site (8:30am - 6:30pm) in San Isidro
• Professional internship agreement
• Private Insurance Fola
• Stipend: S/1,300.00
• Half additional stipend every 6 months
• 15 days of vacation per year
