BITEL Company Partner is looking for the best talent to take on the challenge of STORE MANAGER in the city of Ica.
FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate the application and development of strategies.
- Audit the commercial movements of the store to which they belong.
- Transfer information regarding the fulfillment of projected sales objectives.
- Communicate sales results to their hierarchical superior.
- Communicate policies and directives related to the product and service offering.
- Transfer information regarding new promotions and/or campaigns for the products and services offered in the store to which they belong.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Intermediate Excel management
- Ability to optimize workload
OFFERED:
- Basic salary of S/. 1500 + commissions.
- Working schedule of 48 hours per week + rotating rest days.

Years of experience: 1 year as a sales manager or supervisor.
