We are looking for talent to fill the position of INGENIERO ELÉCTRICO in our SAN ISIDRO office:

WHAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO OUR VACANCY?

• Graduate or Bachelor in Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones or related careers.
• Intermediate level English (indispensable)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Application Support, IT/OSS, systems, IT operations or related areas.
• Experience in troubleshooting of applications and production environments.
• Knowledge in Linux/Unix, SSH, SQL, Microsoft Office/Excel

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Provide technical support and ensure the availability and stability of IT/OSS applications and systems.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, performing troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, incident diagnosis, and information analysis.
• Access Linux/Unix servers via SSH to perform verifications, review logs, and diagnose problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers for the attention and resolution of incidents and Service Requests.
• Participate in changes, operation windows, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and service levels.
