We are Bipay, a digital wallet associated with Bitel Peru. We are looking for talent to occupy the position of HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST in our SAN ISIDRO office:
FUNCTIONS
- Support recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction processes.
- Manage labor documentation, files, attendance, vacations, and personnel movements.
- Coordinate training, climate, internal communication, and wellbeing activities.
- Support performance evaluation processes and objective tracking.
- Attend to inquiries from collaborators and management regarding human resources processes.
- Prepare headcount reports, movements, training, and other Human Resources indicators.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in human resources, personnel administration, labor relations, or organizational development
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related careers
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Desirable experience in regulated companies or the financial sector / Fintech.
