We are looking for a: Commercial Planning Assistant (WORKPLACE CHOSICA)

Requisitos:

• University graduate or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in administrative positions.
• English proficiency (INTERMEDIATE)
• Intermediate Office automation (MANDATORY)

Funciones:

Entrust, take responsibility for, and perform the planning of the Branch, or Plan, implement, and supervise the implementation of the branch's mission plan; summarize/report/evaluate results of monthly/quarterly/annual and sudden tasks as necessary, proposing adjustment solutions.

Control, evaluate, and summarize KPI results of the branch departments.

Support the Branch Manager to develop the annual business plan of the Branch and guide its implementation to the departments. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual/extraordinary reports for the Branch.

Assistant supporting the work of the Branch Director: Prepare a weekly schedule, prepare information and documents as necessary, draw conclusions from executive Board of Directors meetings, urge/remind the work of members, departments, or Follow up and operate the conclusion assigned to the department/branch.

Propose solutions, management methods, and solutions to some existing problems and deficiencies in the Branch to the Board of Directors.

Develop processes, regulations, and policies for branches according to vertical guidance.

Requerimientos

• Minimum education: University
• 6 months of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 22 and 35 years
• Knowledge: Microsoft excel, Microsoft powerpoint, Microsoft word, Intermediate Excel.
