FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise the application of CRs and the closure of WOs in ONTIME.
  • Call owners to generate access to antennas.
  • Report progress of plans to Rx, Tx, and NOC.
  • Maintain control of meetings with TL and staff.
  • Ability to organize and follow up on multiple projects/sites in parallel.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate-advanced level) for the preparation of plans, site layouts, and infrastructure diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) and telecommunications infrastructure components (towers, cabinets, antennas, power systems).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel for tracking indicators and reports).
  • Desirable: notions of Project (or similar tools) for schedules.
  • Desirable: knowledge of civil regulations, municipal permits, and/or land management.
  • Language: Intermediate level English (reading technical manuals, equipment datasheets, and communication with suppliers/manufacturers).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Telecommunications Eng., Systems Eng., Industrial Eng., Technician in networks and communication, telecommunications technician, Project Management. Desirable complementary technical training in telecommunications or civil construction.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience: Desirable 6 months to 1 year of experience in infrastructure, construction, or telecommunications projects (pre-professional internships or first job acceptable).
  • License A1, AIIA, or A2B. Important.
