Junior Risk Analyst - on-site in San Isidro, Lima

At Bitel, we are looking for a Junior Risk Analyst to join our great team.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Systems, or related careers
• One or two years of previous experience in risks, internal control, audit, processes, or third-party management.
• Desirable experience in regulated companies or the financial sector / Fintech.
• Intermediate/advanced English level (will be evaluated during the process).
• Intermediate/advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Knowledge in operational risk management, third-party management, risk indicators, and SBS risk management regulations.
• Availability to work on-site at our headquarters in San Isidro.

Main functions:

• Identify and evaluate operational risks in processes, products, services, and third parties.
• Keep the operational and third-party risk and control matrix updated.
• Monitor loss events, operational incidents, and associated action plans.
• Coordinate risk assessments of critical providers or outsourced services.
• Prepare operational risk reports, KRIs, and control status.
• Follow up on recommendations, observations, and mitigation measures.
