We are Bipay, a digital wallet associated with Bitel Peru. We are looking for talent to fill the position of LAWYER in our SAN ISIDRO office: FUNCTIONS Prepare, review, and validate contracts, addenda, communications, and legal documents. Address legal inquiries from internal areas, issuing recommendations within the scope of competence. Support the management and follow-up of administrative, judicial, or regulatory procedures. Perform regulatory analysis and prepare legal reports or opinions. Maintain the updated legal archive and corporate or contractual documentation. Coordinate with notaries, external firms, or public entities when applicable. REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, contracts, regulation, or legal areas. Degree in Law Intermediate/Advanced English Desirable experience in regulated companies or the financial sector / Fintech.
