Landscape Installation - Crew Member

Position Overview  

Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to support installation crews in completing residential and commercial landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This is a hands-on position focused on performing installation work, following direction from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a productive and professional jobsite.  

Key Responsibilities  

Perform landscape installation work including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope  

Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman  

Assist   with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling  

Maintain quality standards and proper installation techniques  

Work efficiently to help projects stay on schedule and within budgeted hours  

Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to the Foreman or Assistant Foreman  

Operate tools and equipment safely and properly  

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite  

Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment  

Support other crew members as needed to complete project objectives  

Qualifications  

Previous   landscape or construction experience preferred but not   required  

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team  

Strong work ethic and positive attitude  

Ability to work outdoors in   varying   weather conditions  

Ability to   lift up   to 50 pounds and perform physical labor  

Dependable attendance and punctuality  

Valid driver’s license preferred  

Preferred Experience  

Experience with hardscape or landscape installation  

Experience using hand tools and small equipment  

Interest in developing skills and advancing within the company
