We're Hiring: Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate) Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial data verification, reconciliation, and account checking to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Prepare accounting journal entries and analyze financial data.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and other accounting review processes.
• Communicate findings and present financial analysis clearly to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debit-credit concepts, expense account classification, and accounting journal entries.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a good understanding of basic formulas.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand new processes and instructions.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to receiving feedback.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
• Willing to work mobile once a week as required.
