Job Summary

Join Birkenstock as a Retail Sales Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers in product selection, support sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across Singapore locations.

Your tasks:

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service capabilities
• Assist in planning and managing daily staff schedules and shift coverage to optimize team performance
• Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure effective integration
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards during daily store operations
• Assist with visual merchandising to maintain product displays aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities including stock replenishment and stock takes
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager as needed
• Support execution of promotional activities and ensure in-store marketing materials and displays are properly maintained
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS operations
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organisation, health, safety, and compliance
• Act as the Store Manager’s key support and take charge of the store in their absence to ensure business continuity and service standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager

Your profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service and communication skills demonstrated through daily customer interactions
• Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering excellent service
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills applied in retail operations
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Store Manager and team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands
• Ability to lift up to 20kg (physically required for store operations)
