Your tasks
You will assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily operations, supporting field teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth execution of bird control and environmental service projects.
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure timely project execution
- Coordinate work schedules, site assignments, and deployment of field personnel to optimize resource use and meet client needs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, workers, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks, service requests, and site requirements to ensure completion and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, work schedules, service reports, and project records for accurate tracking and reporting
- Arrange materials, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for site teams to support safe and efficient fieldwork
- Track attendance, manpower allocation, and job completion status to maintain operational efficiency and resource management
- Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, reports, and other operational paperwork to support project administration
- Ensure operational activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and client specifications to maintain standards
- Support the Operations Manager in resolving day-to-day operational issues and improving work efficiency through proactive problem-solving
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned to support overall team effectiveness
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in operations coordination, facilities management, construction, maintenance, logistics, or service operations is advantageous
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
