Aptitude Intérim is recruiting for one of its clients a Scheduling and Procurement Manager (M/F)

Permanent contract (CDI) with daytime hours based on 39.00 hours per week

On a daily basis, you will guarantee the availability of raw materials, components, and consumables necessary for production and ensure optimal production planning, in order to meet customer deadlines, optimize production capacities, and control stock levels and associated costs.

Your main missions are as follows SCHEDULING AND PLANNING

  • Develop the production schedule based on customer orders, priorities, and production capacities
  • Optimize machine and team loads
  • Prioritize manufacturing orders based on urgency and customer commitments
  • Adapt the schedule based on production contingencies: delays, breakdowns, emergencies, unavailability, materials, etc.
  • Anticipate delay risks and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing and delivery deadlines

PROCUREMENT AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Analyze the needs for raw materials, components, and consumables based on production requirements
  • Define procurement needs and ensure the placement of supplier orders
  • Follow up on orders until receipt and guarantee procurement lead times
  • Anticipate stockout risks and secure supplies
  • Optimize stock levels to limit stockouts, overstock, and storage costs
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regarding lead times and reliability

PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Drive and analyze key performance indicators:
  • Service level
  • Compliance with deadlines
  • Stock levels and turnover
  • Stockout rate
  • Supplier performance
  • Develop and update dashboards and reporting
  • Identify malfunctions and propose corrective and improvement actions
  • Participate in the definition and monitoring of improvement plans related to flow, planning, and procurement

FLOW COORDINATION

Profile Description Confirmed experience in scheduling, procurement, or industrial Supply Chain

  • Good mastery of an industrial ERP and Excel as well as analysis and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of industrial flows and production constraints
  • Mastery of planning principles and methods: MRP, PDP, capacity management, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of stock and procurement management
  • Knowledge of metallurgy, machining, or precision turning environments is appreciated.
  • Professional English is imperative, allowing for regular exchanges with international customers and suppliers
