What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Three to five years of HR generalist or HR operations experience
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation — Employment Act, CPF and the MOM work pass framework
- Hands-on HRMS experience, with the discipline to keep data accurate at volume
- Proven ability to manage fixed, non-negotiable deadlines without prompting
- High emotional intelligence. You read people and situations well, handle sensitive matters with care, and hold confidences without exception. Much of HR is judgement, not process.
- Curiosity. You ask why a process exists before accepting it, and you come with a better suggestion rather than a complaint.
- Ambition, with patience. You want to build an HR career, and you understand that credibility is earned by running the foundations excellently first.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate across countries and cultures
- Self-directed— able to take ownership of a scope and run it, rather than wait for instruction
