Lead Business Consultant - Process Intelligence

Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead workstreams from end to end, ensuring quality, deadline, and impact of deliveries;
• Structure complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and define the necessary analyses to guide decision-making;
• Conduct business diagnostics based on data, KPIs, interviews, benchmarks, and other information sources;
• Identify root causes, opportunities, and value levers, translating analyses into actionable insights and recommendations;
• Develop and evaluate initiatives, including impact sizing, prioritization, and construction of implementation plans;
• Build managerial and executive presentations, structuring clear, synthetic, and decision-oriented narratives;
• Plan and conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and stakeholders;
• Manage stakeholders, building alignment, engagement, and buy-in for recommendations and decisions;
• Coordinate consultants and analysts, directing activities, reviewing deliverables, and supporting team development;
• Coordinate the execution of the workstream, anticipating risks, dependencies, and deviations in scope or schedule, and acting to unblock critical issues;
• Support the implementation of recommendations and the monitoring of results and captured value;
• Act as a reference for the client and the team on the topics under your responsibility, proposing solutions and acting proactively;

Requirements and qualifications

Education:

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields;

Necessary competencies and knowledge:

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or high-complexity projects;
• Experience leading workstreams and more junior professionals;
• Strong capacity for structured problem-solving and analytical reasoning;
• Ability to work with data and transform analyses into conclusions and recommendations;
• Excellent synthesis and executive communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in building presentations and materials for decision-making;
• Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and discussions with senior clients and stakeholders / managerial positions;
• Mastery of the MsOffice package (Excel, Power Point, Word);
• Autonomy to organize work, define priorities, and ensure execution;
• Ability to act in high-complexity and ambiguous environments;
• Advanced English for acting in a professional environment;

Desirable knowledge:

• Previous experience in strategy, management, or transformation consultancies;
• Experience in projects with direct exposure to top leadership;
• Experience in transformation projects with measurable impact on revenue, costs, customer experience, or operational efficiency;
• Experience in building business cases, benchmarks, analytical models, and strategic recommendations;
• Experience in developing proposals and identifying new opportunities with clients
