Data Visualization & UX/UI – Data Products - Senior

The position will involve working on consulting projects, working in an integrated manner with Process Mining teams in the conception and construction of data-oriented digital solutions. We are looking for a professional with experience in Data Visualization and UX/UI, capable of transforming data and business challenges into simple, intuitive, and actionable Apps and analytical experiences that support decisions and generate value for clients. In the medium term, the role may evolve into front-end development, expanding the construction of end-to-end digital solutions. Responsibilities and assignments

• Conceive and develop Apps, dashboards, and analytical experiences in Celonis;
• Translate business needs and data analyses into intuitive, functional, and decision-oriented interfaces;
• Define information architecture, navigation, visual hierarchy, and user experience;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for data-oriented products;
• Apply Data Visualization and Information Design principles, choosing the best ways to represent KPIs, trends, deviations, causes, and opportunities;
• Support the evolution of visual patterns and reusable components for digital products;
• Perform tests and incorporate user feedback for the continuous evolution of solutions;
• Progressively evolve towards the construction of customized interfaces and front-end development.

Requirements and qualifications

Education: Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Necessary competencies and knowledge:

• Experience in the development of IT products or digital products;
• Experience in the design of data visualization solutions;
• Experience with Data Visualization and UX/UI, including information architecture, interaction design, and interface construction;
• Experience with prototyping tools;
• Experience with Analytics, BI, or data visualization tools;
• Portfolio or examples of previous work in Data Visualization, dashboards, digital products, or UX/UI.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in the MsOffice package (Excel, Power Point, Word);

Desirable knowledge:

• Experience with Process Mining and/or Celonis, especially in the construction of Apps and Views;
• Experience with digital products and B2B/enterprise analytical solutions;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Knowledge or experience with React or other front-end frameworks;
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts;
• Experience with Design Systems and the creation of reusable components;
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar;
• Knowledge of research practices, usability testing, and user validation;
• Fluent English
