Mission: Plan and perform activities related to scientific research adhering to the company's purpose at a computational level

Responsibilities and attributions Activities:

• Genomic, transcriptomic, metagenomic, and biochemical data analysis
• Metadata analysis
• Application of Bioinformatics Tools for microorganism taxonomy
• Apply bioinformatics tools for functional analysis of genomes and transcriptomes of microorganisms and plants
• Plan and perform in silico experiments and tests
• Develop new products (softwares, algorithms) and application technologies in agribusiness;
• Statistical analysis and Interpretation of results for report generation
• Generation of technical-scientific reports and opinions to support regulatory processes
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and routines within the ISO 17025 standard
• Prepare technical presentations for specialized audiences and the general public
• Organize and maintain databases
• Perform investigations through bibliography and data collection;

Requirements and qualifications To participate you need:

• Degree in Biology, Agronomy, Biotechnology, Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, and related areas;
• Post-graduation in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Bioinformatics (desirable)
• Intermediate English
