Mission: To act analytically and strategically in the management of the order portfolio, ensuring the appropriate choice of carriers based on criteria of cost, deadline, product type, and shelf life. Responsible for supporting freight negotiations, conducting carrier approval processes, proposing continuous improvements, and optimizing logistical processes. Ensures alignment with the financial and operational objectives of the area, with more autonomous action and a focus on performance and cost reduction.

Responsibilities and assignments Activities: Order portfolio management and shelf life analysis of items. Support in stock positioning. Management of damages, losses, returns, write-offs, and disposals. Interface with the Commercial area and Carriers. Prospecting of carriers. Conducting BID - Tendering and contracting of carriers. Carrier approval (homologation). Perform transport routing. Negotiation of freight tables. Updating tables and deadlines in the TMS. Registration of routes Registration of Carriers Analysis of costs and carrier performance. Among other area activities.

Requirements and qualifications To participate, you need to have: Higher Education or Technologist degree in the areas of (Logistics, Administration, and Production Engineering) Basic English Office Package, Outlook, TMS, PROCEDA Standard, WMS, and ERP Cost and carrier performance analysis Transport BID and carrier approval, transport legislation, and inspection Order portfolio and shelf life management Analytical capacity Negotiation and communication Decision making and focus on results
