Project Manager (Project Management Officer) (M/F)

In a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, integrated into the Program Managers team composed of 8 people, you will drive the operational and cross-functional management of projects. You will thus coordinate the execution and startup of development projects, pharmaceutical productions, and internal projects.

Job Missions:

• Operationally drive the management of client and internal projects under the operational responsibility of the Program Leader
• Facilitate and coordinate the technical, scientific, and industrial activities of the projects
• Facilitate and coordinate all cross-functional actions contributing to the success of the project, in close relationship with the various operational services, coordinators, and clients
• Ensure periodic reporting of the various projects to the Program Leader
• Ensure traceability, data compilation, and archiving of the documentation for the managed projects
• Ensure project monitoring and planning

Integrate project management into quality steering tools

Required Skills:

• Pharmacist, PhD, Master's degree (Bac+5) or Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with experience in microbiology, biotechnologies, project management, or data management
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment (GMP/FDA)
• Interest and knowledge of quality in the pharmaceutical industry are a plus
• Matrix leadership and project management capabilities
• Team spirit for cross-functional collaboration with different services
• Interpersonal skills, ability to work in pairs
• Ability to facilitate commercial and operational meetings
• Proficiency in English
