As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Supply Chain Specialist, based in Athens.
Main Responsibilities
- Order Management: Receiving, confirming, and overall monitoring of the order flow.
- Use of ERP Systems: Daily management of ERP software for the correct and timely issuance of all necessary documents.
- Inventory Control: Management, monitoring, and optimization of inventory levels (inventory replenishment).
- Participation in Forecasting: Active participation in the formulation of the annual Budget and forecasts regarding inventory needs.
- Credit Control: Checking the creditworthiness and financial status of customers.
- Supplier Management: Communication, monitoring, and maintenance of excellent relationships with international suppliers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: University/Technical degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (Logistics).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered an additional asset).
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
- Digital Skills: Very good knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and excellent proficiency in MSOffice applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
