Position: Digital Marketing & IT Support Specialist Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description
- Manage and optimize Google SEO, Instagram, as well as Google Business Profile to increase product and company visibility
- Develop and maintain the company website to ensure it is modern, responsive, and user-friendly
- Formulate strategies and content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
- Design and execute promotional collaborations with KOL/Influencer
- Handle communication with overseas buyers through email, social media, or messaging applications
- Perform basic IT Support, such as troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, email, and work devices
- Create simple reports regarding digital marketing performance and IT tasks
Qualifications
- Male / Female
- Age 20 - 40
- Minimum D3/S1 in Digital Marketing, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, DKV, Ilmu Komunikasi, or relevant fields
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, experience is an added value
- Understand the basics of SEO, Google Search, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing
- Understand WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Possess basic skills in Canva/CapCut or similar design/editing tools
- Possess basic English skills for communication with overseas buyers
- Communicative, creative, proactive, meticulous, able to work independently or in a team
- Possessing basic IT troubleshooting skills is an added value
