Supervisor E-Commerce

Job Description :

• Develop sales and promotion strategies and campaigns to increase traffic and conversions on e-commerce platforms, both on the company website and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and review the sales performance of all E-Commerce channels and Websites and ensure target achievement.
• Understand E-Commerce ADS
• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including overseeing product management, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions to ensure an attractive and informative presentation.
• Conduct coaching and improvement processes for team members
• Handle and resolve customer issues related to online transactions, including returns and customer complaints.
• Ensure and monitor the performance of sales tools (website and Sales applications are running well.
• Create regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement to achieve set targets.
• Ensure optimal stock availability and collaborate with the Warehouse, Packing and Shipping teams to simplify the shipping process.
