Operations Supervisor

Your tasks

• Ensuringall machines are functioning efficiently

• Involve in problem solving issues with clients
• Staff attendance and scheduling

• In charge of training and overseeing the operations
• Doing daily QC checks

• Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implementedtocontrol risks
• Able to be hands on and help in operations, inIncludingcarpentry work

• Responsible to ensure all staffs meet theirjobexpectations
• Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments toresolveissues

• Making sure staff following SOP process
• Lead a team in achieving efficient production andensureproduct quality and maximize of resources

• Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

Job Requirement

• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant position

• Able to commit to shift work when necessary
• Good communication skills
