Digital Product Owner

Your role

We are now looking for a Digital Product Owner within Equipment as a Service for an assignment with one of our customers, a global group with operations in several markets. You will become the link between stakeholders and the development team, leading an agile team that manages a digital Equipment as a Service platform. You set the direction across markets and partners, rather than driving an operational backlog.

You will be employed as a consultant at Biner Consulting but will go directly into an assignment with the customer. The role involves a high presence on-site at the customer in Göteborg, where you coordinate cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships. The assignment may over time transition into a permanent position with the customer.

What you will do

• Lead a global cross-functional team within product development and implementation.
• Translate the product roadmap into delivery in the team's backlog, in line with the overall strategy.
• Ensure transparency regarding priorities and dependencies in the backlog.
• Responsible for ensuring that digital capabilities are developed and managed according to architecture and security requirements.
• Manage budget and financial follow-up for the products you own.
• Ensure end-to-end SLAs for both delivering and consuming services.

You have

• Experience in asset finance, leasing/rental, payments and insurance, as well as contract and asset lifecycle.
• Several years of experience in digital product development and product lifecycle management.
• Good experience with agile working methods, Scrum and digital product management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholders.
• Professional English in speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Academic degree in IT management, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in solution architecture, API development and infrastructure management.
• UX/UI design experience.
• Experience driving roadmap and capacity planning in complex delivery organizations.
