Barista

Professional Specialty Coffee Barista. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee beverages according to the company's recipes, quality standards and operating procedures. The successful candidates must demonstrate strong technical coffee skills, excellent customer service and the ability to maintain consistent beverage quality during busy operations.

1. Prepare high quality espresso and coffee based beverages according to established standards.
2. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment.
3. Perform espresso dial-in and grinder adjustments to ensure consistent coffee quality.
4. Prepare milk-based beverages and deliver good-quality latte art.
5. Prepare manual brew coffee, preferably using V60 and other brewing methods.
6. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
7. Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
8. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
9. Support daily café operations, including mise en place, stock handling, and closing duties.
10. Work effectively with the team during busy and high-volume periods.
